Japanese Literature FoH Unud Wins Sakura CUP in 2024

Sakura CUP is an annual event regularly held by the Japan-Bali Friendship Foundation. The form of activity is in the form of a Japanese speech competition divided into 2 categories which include SMA/Vocational School Groups and Student/General Groups. This activity was held on April 28 2024.

In 2024, Udayana University will send 3 representatives to take part in this event. Very proud, 2 of them came out as winners. The student, Adrian, won 1st place and Imanuel won 3rd place. Thus, Japanese Literature Unud succeeded in maintaining its position as the top position holder in the Sakura CUP championship which it received last year.

"The Unud representative succeeded in delivering his speech from the heart and aroused the jury's feelings when answering questions," said the Chairman of the Jury at that time to the Unud lecturer representative, Mr. Ngurah Indra Pradhana. The hope is that this achievement can inspire other students to hone their skills and gain experience by participating in similar events. (ipd)
