Strengthening the Integrity Zone, FIB Unud Held Coordination Meeting and Socialization of Gratification Prevention

In order to establish the Integrity Zone at the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University (FIB UNUD), FIB UNUD held a Meeting and Coordination and Socialization of Gratification Prevention on Friday, October 25, 2024, at the Senate Meeting Room, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Denpasar. This Coordination Meeting was attended by Vice Dean 2, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Field Managers, and members of each Integrity Zone (ZI) team of the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University.

Vice Dean 2 FIB Unud, Prof. Dr. Dra. Ni Ketut Ratna Erawati, M.Hum. in her remarks said that in order to achieve the Integrity Zone at FIB Unud, a set of rules and a reporting system are needed for anyone in the FIB environment who receives gifts so that they can be accounted for. "We have created an electronic-based reporting system to make it easier for the FIB Unud academic community," said Prof. Ratna.

Prof. Dr. I Wayan Mulyawan, M.Hum. conveyed in his socialization that to achieve ZI, there needs to be a commitment from all elements. "We have prepared all reporting instruments for lecturers, FIB Unud technicians and also whistleblowers that can be accessed by all, we hope that all have the same commitment to reject all forms of gratification," said Prof. Mulyawan. Prof. Ratna at the end of the socialization added that all lecturers and education personnel need to work together to reject all forms of gratification to create a clean and accountable FIB Unud.
