Udayana Cultural Immersion Program

Guidelines

• Short course will be filled with lectures, discussion, practices, and mostly excursion at the same time
• Preferably, representatives from the student home University are expected to accompany the activities in Bali (one person for each University)
• When arriving and leaving Bali, students transportation from the airport to the accommodation and vice versa will be handled by the management
• Students are expected to submit an individual assignment for each topic (with the exception of welcoming ceremony and farewell dinner) in form of written task no longer than 1 (one) page. Submission of this assignment will due at the following day
• Lecturers are responsible for grading all students through their participation and assignment with occasional consideration (on demand) from the home university representative as well
• All students will be offered to stay in the same (one) accommodation in the heart of Denpasar to ensure swift handling and responses to any immediate concern
• Each day during the schedule, students will be provided with two snack box during break time (one before lunch time around 10.00 and one after lunch time around 15.00) and one lunch during lunch time around 12.00 (when lunch is not in a restaurant)
• Visa and other immigration issues will be handled by the management with help from Udayana International Office
