Udayana International Program on Multidisciplinary Studies

Program Guidelines:
- Classes will be conducted in Udayana University campus ground every Monday until Wednesday during working hours, 09.00 – 16.00 at the latest. Students will have to follow regular (local) students regulation of minimum attendance list (minimum 75 % attendance of the whole class meetings) from 16 meetings of the whole semester.
- Aside from the mandatory course (Introduction to Indonesian Language in Balinese Context) in either 6 or 3 ECTS, each student can choose any of the following courses, ranging from minimum of 13 ECTS up to maximum of 36 ECTS
- Classes will be held in two bactches, typically around February to May and another one around September to December.
- Grading will be based upon the lecturers judgment and evaluation handling their respective class in the proportion of minimum three variables, consisting of assignments, midtest, and final test.
- Class activities will revolves around lectures, discussions, presentations, and individual or group projects.
- Each lecturer will be given the freedom to conduct their own class excursion in proportion of their class activities and grading consideration. Management will provide the necessary support in manpower and administration.
- Provided with adequate clearance of administration and legalization, each lecturer will also be given the freedom to invite experts outside of Udayana University in regards to the course topic. Management will provide the necessary support in administration and financial issues that may follow.
- When possible and required, lecturers can include local students of Udayana University to join the class activities to add values in their class interactions.
- The management, with full support from the International Office, will handle students immigration issues.
- Udayana University will work together with its partner, Bali Study Guide, in ensuring students accommodation, driving licenses, optional trips/vacations, as well as domestics issues outside of their academic life.
- Students financial issues from their home University will be dealt by Udayana University directly without any middle-men/parties involved in the process.
