The target for this training was undergraduate, master, and doctoral students who are currently writing or planning to write their theses, dissertations, or doctoral dissertations. The training took place at the Language Center of Udayana University located at Sudirman Campus. The Head of the Language Center at Udayana University, Dr. I Nyoman Tri Ediwan, S.S., M.Hum., said that there have been changes to this year's UAEPT. Compared to last year's UAEPT, which only invited two students per faculty, this year's UAEPT opens up more opportunities for students to participate by inviting 20-24 students per faculty to participate in sequence, with the Faculty of Humanities being the first faculty to participate in this year's UAEPT. He also explained that the implementation of the UAEPT is one of the efforts to strengthen English language skills and pursue international standard campuses.

The Dean of the Faculty of Humanities at Udayana University, Prof. I Nyoman Aryawibawa, S.S., M.A., Ph.D., who is also the representative of the Rector of Udayana University, appreciated the implementation of UAEPT as an implementation in creating standards to measure students' English language skills. Furthermore, he also explained that in order for the standardization of students' English language skills to achieve maximum results, the implementation of UAEPT must also be carried out in other faculties, not only faculties that require English scores such as Faculty of Humanities and Faculty of Economics and Business at Udayana University. He also advised students to make the most of the Udayana University Language Center, not only to take the UAEPT, but also to improve their other language skills.

This year's UAEPT implementation is divided into three days, from February 18 to February 20, 2026. On the first day, the first training session, namely the Reading session, was held. The second day will focus on Listening and Structure training. The last day is the UAEPT implementation and closing session.
