Undergraduate Thesis Guideline
Om Swastiastu,
We offer our deepest gratitude to Ida Sang Hyang Widi Wasa (God
Almighty), for by His grace and blessings, the Under Graduate Thesis Guidelines
of the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University, have been published. The
publication of these guidelines is essential as a manual for the academic
community, including students, lecturers, and administrative staff regarding
the administrative mechanisms, format for research proposals, and final undergraduate
thesis format. This book is intended to serve as a mutually agreed-upon guide
without limiting scientific creativity or the unique characteristics of the
eight undergraduate study programs within the Faculty of Humanities.
The completion of an undergraduate thesis is one of the requirements for
obtaining a bachelor’s degree at Udayana University. To produce competent and
high-quality graduates in accordance with the Indonesian National
Qualifications Framework, the quality of student theses is of paramount importance.
This is also aligned with the efforts to support Udayana University’s vision as
a research university. The refinement of these guidelines is part of a
continuous improvement strategy implemented to realize the vision, mission, and
goals of the Faculty of Humanities.
Finally, we would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to all
parties who have worked hard to bring these guidelines to fruition. We hope
this manual will be beneficial to us all in our efforts to enhance the quality
of academically accountable theses. Constructive suggestions are highly
welcomed for the future improvement of these guidelines.
