Even Semester Course Schedule 2025/2026

Dear Professors and Lecturers,

Faculty of Humanities Udayana University

Jimbaran and Denpasar.

Respectfully,

In accordance with the Udayana University Academic Calendar for the 2025/2026 Academic Year, Even Semester classes for 2025/2026 will commence on March 2, 2026.

To ensure the orderly and smooth conduct of classes, we hereby attach the Even Semester 2025/2026 Course Schedule for the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University, for your kind implementation.

For this Even Semester, we kindly request all lecturers to take note of the following points:

    1. Recording student attendance must be conducted under the Lecturer's supervision.
    2. Lecturers are required to sign the teaching rubric (logbook) to record their attendance.
    3. The specific topic discussed in each session must be recorded in the teaching rubric for every meeting.
    4. If a lecturer is unable to attend, students shall not sign the attendance sheet, and the corresponding slot in the teaching rubric will be crossed out by the SIMAK operator. Lecturers are permitted to schedule make-up classes and fill the teaching rubric in the provided empty slots.
    5. The delivery and explanation of the course syllabus must be conducted at the beginning of the semester.
    6. Courses that do not reach the 14-session requirement—excluding Mid-terms (UTS) and Final Exams (UAS)—due to holidays, collective leave, or faculty/university activities, must conduct make-up classes or provide equivalent assignments to students.
    7. Evaluation of student attendance percentages must be performed to determine their eligibility for the final semester exams, in accordance with the Academic Handbook.
    8. Student attendance sheets and teaching rubrics can be collected from the Sub-division of Education and Cooperation and must be returned immediately after teaching activities conclude.
    9. Specifically for Study Program Coordinators (via TPPMP), it is expected to create Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) evaluation questionnaires for each course. These are to be filled out by students mid-semester and towards the end of the semester to serve as feedback for both lecturers and the respective Study Programs.
    10. Lecturers are requested not to hold classes on Fridays after 12:00 PM WITA at the Nias Campus, as the rooms are scheduled for exams and/or student activities.
    11. Any other matters regarding the learning process not yet mentioned in this letter will be communicated in due course.
    12. The teaching schedule for each lecturer can be accessed via the following link: http://sion-fib.wuaze.com/anonim/siperjaka/dosen.php
