The Public Lecture “Advanced AI Literacy for Research, Writing, and Academic Integrity” from Armenian State Pedagogical University, Armenia

The public lecture on the application of AI entitled Advanced AI Literacy for Research, Writing, and Academic Integrity was held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at the Widya Sabha Mandala Auditorium, Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University. The public lecture was opened by Dr. I Gede Oeinada, S.S., M.Hum., Deputy Dean I of the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University. This event was made possible through collaboration between the Bachelor of English Literature , Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University, and TEFLIN, coordinated on this occasion by Prof. Dr. Ni Luh Nyoman Seri Malini, S.S., M.Hum.


On this occasion, Dr. Alesa Durgaryan, a practitioner and expert in pedagogy and methodology from the Armenian State Pedagogical University, was the keynote speaker. She shared her experiences in teaching and utilizing AI in teaching. Prof. Alesa Durgaryan is a dedicated lecturer with more than 15 years of experience in advanced integrated teaching and an expert in teaching strategies and curriculum development. She discussed not only the development of AI in the world of teaching but also several teaching methods that can be implemented to combine technological advances with humanistic-based learning while still maintaining students' thinking skills to avoid dependence on AI.


In addition, the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University and representatives from the Armenian State Pedagogical University, Dr. Alesa Durgrayan, is a form of ongoing cooperation from Dr. I Gusti Agung Istri Aryani, S.S., M.Hum. as the Coordinator Unit of Information Management and Cooperation. Hopefully, the cooperation and collaboration in the field of language teaching will be further implemented in the future.
