As part of the 2025 PKKMB, the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University, introduced the FIB Nias Campus Facilities and UKM at the 2025 Mahadayana Campus Tour

The Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University, held a Campus Tour on its Nias campus in Denpasar on Thursday, August 28, 2025. This event, part of the 2025 Mahadayana Student Admissions Program (PKKMB), was designed to introduce the campus environment, academic facilities, and various self-development opportunities to new students. Divided into 10 groups, the new students arrived at 6:45 a.m. WITA (Central Indonesian Time) to register, have their belongings checked, and take a basic knowledge test. The program was divided into two sessions: the first for groups 1-5, followed by the second for groups 6-10.


The first part of the FIB Nias campus tour included visiting several important buildings, including the Roelof Goris Building, the R.M. Ngabehi Poerbatjaraka Building, the Prof. I Gusti Ngurah Bagus Building, and the Prof. Ida Bagus Mantra Building. During the visit, participants were introduced to lecture halls, reading rooms, media rooms, the dean's office, and the student organization secretariat, which serves as the center of academic and organizational activities. The campus tour was led by each group's facilitator, who explained the functions of each room they encountered.


After exploring the campus, the new students were then directed to the Widya Sabha Mandala Auditorium, IB Mantra Building, 4th Floor. There, the Mahadayana 2025 class was introduced to various Student Activity Units (UKM) within the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University. Some of the UKMs present and conducting introductions included: Basketball, Football, Badminton, SPC, Kim Aristotle, Satyam Siwam Sundaram, and Symphony. Each UKM held direct discussions with the new students who approached their desks and provided registration links for those interested.


Through this session, new students were given the freedom to choose activities to develop their interests, talents, and social networks on campus. The Campus Tour concluded with a rotating roll call. This program is expected to help new students in the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Udayana University, adapt more quickly, become familiar with the available facilities, and encourage them to become active in academic activities and student organizations.
