Closing Ceremony of the BIPAS Autumn Program 2025

The Closing and Certification Ceremony of the BIPAS (Bali International Program on Asian Studies) Autumn Program 2025 was held on Friday, 19 December 2025, at the Widyasabha Mandala Hall Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Mantra, Faculty of Humanities Udayana University. The event took place from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and marked the official conclusion of the BIPAS program attended by international students. The ceremony opened with remarks from the Master of Ceremony, followed by the singing of the Indonesian national anthem “Indonesia Raya” and a prayer, reflecting the solemn and respectful atmosphere of the closing event.

The main agenda started with the BIPAS Program Coordinator, I Made Sena Darmasetiyawan, S.S., M.Hum., Ph.D. who delivered the program implementation report highlighting the academic achievements and cross-cultural experiences of the participants throughout the BIPAS Autumn Program 2025. An emotional moment followed with the screening of the BIPAS farewell video, which was then continued with the graduation procession and the presentation of certificates to all participants as a symbol of their successful completion of the Indonesian language and culture learning program at Udayana University.

The series of events continued with remarks from the International Office Coordinator and the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities Udayana University, Prof. I Nyoman Aryawibawa, S.S., M.A., Ph.D., who reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to support the internationalization of education and strengthen global cooperation. The ceremony was also marked by the handover of program responsibilities from Udayana University to Asia Exchange, before being officially closed by the Master of Ceremony. The event concluded with a joint lunch and a photo session as a moment of togetherness and a lasting memory of the BIPAS Autumn Program 2025.
