Encouraging Students to Innovate in PKM 2025, UKM KIM Aristoteles FIB Unud Holds PKM 2025 Training

On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, the Student Creativity Program (PKM) Training was held by the Student Activity Unit (UKM) Scientific Student Group (KIM) Aristotle 2025, which took place at the Widya Sabha Mandala Auditorium, Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University. This activity is an annual training activity held by UKM KIM Aristoteles to provide knowledge about PKM. This training activity carries the theme "Ideas Become Action, Action Becomes Achievement; Encouraging Students to Innovate Through PKM Collaboration" which aims to encourage students to develop ideas through PKM 2025 collaboration.


This event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, I Nyoman Aryawibawa, S.S., M.A., Ph.D., Vice Dean III for Student Affairs and Information, Dr. Ni Ketut Puji Astiti Laksmi, S.S., M.Si., KIM Aristoteles Advisor, Ni Luh Putu Ari Sulatri, S.S., M.Si., Speaker from the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University, Ni Made Ari Kusuma Dewi, S.Pt., M.Sc., Head of UKM KIM Aristoteles, Head of the Committee and each head of the PKM group of the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University. The PKM activity began with remarks from the Head of the Committee, Hilda Diana Ratnasari and the Head of UKM KIM I Gede Putra Aditya Yudiawan. Both explained the importance of this activity as a provision for students with technical and strategic skills in compiling superior PKM proposals and encouraging students to develop creative ideas into real solutions through PKM.


The activity was then continued with remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Mr. I Nyoman Aryawibawa, S.S., M.A., Ph.D. He expressed his appreciation to the organizing committee of this event and hoped that the material that would be presented could be useful for the participants and could support the students' PKM proposals to pass at the national level. After the speech, the next event was the beating of the gong as a symbol of the opening of the PKM training event by the Dean of FIB Unud. The next session was the presentation session. On this occasion, the resource person presented was a competent resource person in the field of PKM, Mrs. Ni Made Ari Kusuma Dewi, S.Pt., M.Sc. She is one of the lecturers at the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University, as well as experienced as an internal reviewer for the Student Creativity Program at Udayana University.


In her presentation, she explained the outline of the PKM, proposal selection, and proposal funding as well as several tips so that proposals can pass the selection to the national level. She also gave several recommendations for types of PKM themes, and several examples of PKM that successfully passed to PIMNAS. After the presentation, a proposal dissection activity was carried out which explained important things that need to be considered in preparing a PKM proposal. He provided knowledge about the structured PKM writing scheme based on the PKM guidelines provided by the university. In this proposal dissection activity, it began with the abstract, results and discussion, conclusions, and closing, as well as attachments that must be attached to the proposal according to university standards.


The event was continued with a question and answer session followed by the participants actively and interactively. Several questions asked by the participants mostly discussed the rules for writing good and correct PKM in order to pass to the proposal funding stage. Meanwhile, questions related to proposal funding if they pass the administrative stage. Ending the discussion session, the moderator said that in compiling a PKM proposal, students must pay close attention to the guidelines provided by the University so that the proposal can pass and get funding. This series of visits was continued with the presentation of commemorative plaques for the Speaker and Moderator by the Vice Dean III accompanied by the Chairperson of UKM KIM Aristoteles and the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee (AP).
