Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University received a visit from SMA Hang Tuah 1 Surabaya

On Wednesday, December 17, 2025, the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University received a visit from SMA Hang Tuah 1 Surabaya. The visit was held at the Widya Sabha Mandala Auditorium, Ida Bagus Mantra Building, 4th Floor, Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University, and the Dr. Ir. Soekarno Meeting Room, Poerbatjaraka Building, 4th Floor, Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University. The visit was attended by students and accompanying teachers, totaling around 200 participants.

The group was received by Unit of Information Services and Cooperation Coordinator, Coordinator, Dr. I Gusti Agung Istri Aryani, S.S., M.Hum. and the Head of Quality Assurance, Dr. Ni Ketut Widhiarcani Matradewi, S.S., M.Hum. On this occasion, both of them introduced the history and uniqueness of Faculty of Humanities Udayana University as the first faculty at Udayana University, which at the time of its establishment was a branch of Airlangga University. They also explained the facilities owned and the eight undergraduate programs under Faculty of Humanities, as well as the diverse job prospects of this faculty. In addition, she also presented various student organizations under FIB Unud, such as BPM FIB, SMFIB, associations of eight (8) undergraduate programs, as well as academic and non-academic student activity units, including program Magister dan Doktor.

After the presentation session ended, the visit continued with an interactive question and answer session. After the questions and answers session ended, the visit concluded with the presentation of a plaque. This visit is expected to provide an overview of the academic future for students and to introduce the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University to a wider audience.
