FIB Unud Launches New Food Court

The Unud Faculty of Humanities launched the food court on Monday, March 18 2024 at FIB Nias Campus, Denpasar. The launch of this food court was held by the FIB Business Center (FBC) and attended by Vice Dean II, Prof. Dr. Dra. Ni Ketut Ratna Erawati, M.Hum. FBC is an FIB business unit under the Business Management Agency (BPU) of Universitas Udayana. In managing this  food court, FBC collaborates with a professional partner as management for the development of the culinary business unit CV. Data from Kerta Abadi (CV. DKA). The construction of  food court began at the beginning of the year by CV. DKA with a food center design concept with a shared dining area with other menu managers.

The opening of the  food court received a positive response from the faculty leadership and it is hoped that it will become a superior facility owned by FIB Unud. The lecturers, staff and students of FIB Unud were enthusiastic in welcoming the new canteen, this can be seen from the large number of visitors to the canteen from morning to evening, some students even chose the FIB canteen as a place to break their fast.

FIB's new  food court consists of several tenants that provide varied culinary choices. Coordinator of FBC, Coleta Palupi Titasari, S.S., M.Si. said, "We ensure that each tenant serves a varied menu of food and drinks with selling prices adjusted to the capabilities of prospective buyers and we will continue to maintain the quality of the food available so that it can meet the needs of lecturers, staff and students.

Coleta Palupi Titasari, S.S., M.Si also added that the FIB canteen which is managed by FBC is a faculty business unit that is managed professionally so that it can become an income generator for FIB Unud. "We hope that the FIB canteen, which will appear with a beautiful new face with a fresh design concept and a tropical garden feel, can further develop and we hope that all parties will benefit from the Unud academic community and the wider community," she concluded.
