Schedule for the Even Semester 2026/2027

Dear Sir/Madam,

In accordance with the Academic Calendar of Udayana University for the 2026/2027 Academic Year, lectures for the Odd Semester 2026/2027 will commence on August 10, 2026.

To ensure the smooth and orderly conduct of lectures, we hereby attach the Lecture Schedule for the Odd Semester 2026/2027 for the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University, with the expectation that it will be executed to the best of everyone's ability.

For the Odd Semester 2026/2027, lecturers are kindly requested to take note of the following guidelines:

  1. Student Attendance: Recording student attendance must be conducted under the direct supervision of the Lecturer.

  2. Lecturer Attendance: Lecturer attendance is recorded by signing the teaching rubric.

  3. Lecture Topics: The topic/subject covered in each session must be recorded in the teaching rubric every meeting.

  4. Absence & Replacement Classes: If a lecturer is unable to teach, students must not sign the attendance sheet, and the teaching rubric slot for that session will be crossed out by the SIMAK operator. Course lecturers are permitted to arrange makeup classes and fill out the teaching rubric in an available vacant slot.

  5. Syllabus Overview: The course syllabus must be presented and explained at the beginning of the semester.

  6. Minimum Class Sessions: Courses that have not fulfilled 14 class sessions (excluding Midterm and Final Examinations) due to local/national holidays, joint leave, or faculty/university events must hold makeup lectures or assign equivalent coursework to students.

  7. Exam Eligibility: Student attendance percentages will be evaluated to determine eligibility to take the Final Examination, in accordance with the Academic Handbook.

  8. Document Pickup & Return: Student attendance sheets and teaching rubrics can be picked up at the Education and Cooperation Sub-division and must be returned immediately after teaching activities conclude.

  9. Teaching Evaluation (For Study Program Coordinators): Study Program Coordinators (via TPPMP) are expected to prepare evaluation questionnaires for the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) for each course. These questionnaires will be completed by students at mid-semester and toward the end of the semester to serve as feedback for both the lecturers and the respective Study Programs.

  10. Friday Schedule Restrictions: Lecturers are kindly requested not to hold lectures on Fridays after 12:00 PM WITA at the Nias Campus, as these rooms are scheduled for examinations and/or student activities.

  11. Additional Matters: Any additional details regarding the learning process not covered in this notice will be communicated at a later date.
