The Senganan Kanginan Bina Desa (Village Development) Team of the Impactful Campus Program, Udayana University (Unud), held the program's closing ceremony at the Senganan Village Wantilan on Sunday, July 5, 2026. This event marked the culmination of a series of community service activities that had been running from March to June 2026. The closing agenda was attended by the Field Supervisor (DPL), the Customary Village Head (Jro Bendesa Adat) of Senganan Kanginan, the Head of the Senganan Kanginan Customary Hamlet, the Secretary of Senganan Village, the Chairman of Presiki Darma Sentana Senganan Kanginan, the Chairman of Sekaa Truna Giri Kusuma, representatives of SDN 4 Senganan, members of Presiki Darma Sentana, as well as the resource persons for the Senganan Kanginan in Frame (SIF) work program.

In her closing report, the Chairperson of the Senganan Kanginan Bina Desa Team, Ni Putu Cintya Wartini Putri, representing her fellow students, expressed gratitude for the smooth implementation of the program. She also expressed high hopes that all the initiated activities would provide a sustainable, positive impact on the village.

Complementing the report, the Field Supervisor, Dr. I Gusti Ngurah Parthama, S.S., M.Hum., emphasized the importance of integrating the Three Centers of Education (Tri Sentra Pendidikan). He explained that true education is not merely limited to formal pathways in schools or informal pathways within families, but also encompasses non-formal pathways where students immerse themselves directly to learn while simultaneously empowering the rural community.

Representing the village, Senganan Village Secretary I Wayan Supartika appreciated the students' dedication and contributions during their service period. The executed programs were deemed successful in uncovering the region's potential and providing tangible benefits that the residents could directly feel.

Officially concluding the entire series of events, the Jro Bendesa Adat of Senganan Kanginan, I Nyoman Nasta, S.Ag., M.Pd.H., elaborated on the noble philosophy regarding the role of the environment as a true teacher in life. After approximately two months of service, he bid his farewell while praying for the students' smooth journeys as they now have to return to continue their studies at their respective campuses.

Following the official closing and group photo session, the event proceeded with the handover of souvenirs and material aid to various supporting parties of the program. Tokens of appreciation in the form of plaques, certificates, and bouquets were presented to the partners, namely the Secretary of Senganan Village, the Jro Bendesa Adat, and Presiki Darma Sentana. Certificates and bouquets were also awarded to the program facilitators, which included the Head of the Customary Hamlet, representatives of SDN 4 Senganan, and the SIF resource persons: I Nyoman Nasta, S.Ag., M.Pd.H., I Nyoman Agung Wijaya, and I Wayan Suarta. On the same occasion, a symbolic handover of material aid—comprising cleaning equipment, prayer facilities, and English learning books—was given to the Village Secretary, the Jro Bendesa Adat, and the representative of SDN 4 Senganan.

After the handover procession, the agenda shifted to a ceremonial session initiated by the screening of the Senganan Kanginan Customary Village profile video. This video highlighted the village's brief history and summarized various local potentials, ranging from cultural aspects through the Nyanjan tradition, social dynamics within the Presiki Darma Sentana organization, to the economic drivers of the residents through layer poultry farming. The festivities were then followed by the performance of three traditional dances by Presiki Darma Sentana, namely the Bungan Sandat Dance, the Bebek Putih Jambul Dance, and the Janger Dance.

As a form of appreciation and reminiscence, the event continued with the screening of an after-movie video that encapsulated the track record and moments of togetherness of the students during their service. The broadcast covered the implementation of the E-Seng (English for Senganan Kanginan) program, ngayah (voluntary communal work) activities with Presiki Darma Sentana, to the execution of SIF. The entire series of closing events that day was concluded with the implementation of the Tangan Pelangi (Rainbow Hands) activity. In this warm session, all attendees—including village officials and members of Presiki Darma Sentana—jointly stamped their handprints using colorful paint on a banner. This symbolic action serves as a visual record as well as an eternal reminder of the synergy and strong bonds forged between the students and the community of the Senganan Kanginan Customary Village.
