The 2025 PKKMB of the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University, was officially closed on the second day of activities and the closing of the 2025 Mahadayana PKKMB

The 2025 Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) of the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University, officially concluded on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at the Widya Sabha Auditorium in Jimbaran. The closing ceremony was combined with a series of activities for the second day of the PKKMB. The second day ran from morning until the closing ceremony in the afternoon. The agenda focused on an introduction to student organizations and student activities, the Student Senate, and the Student Representative Body, including the SMFIB Work Program and the FIB Student Representative Council (BPM FIB) 2025. On the second day, the 2025 Mahadayana presented the results of their assignments in each group in the form of interactive videos. The interactive videos were played at each session.


The event began with the arrival of the 2025 Mahadayana, who gathered with their respective groups, followed by registration and attribute checks for each group. The event was then opened by the MC, followed by presentations of the first session. The first presentation was about student organizations and student activities that encompass reasoning, interests, and talents. The speaker was Ayu Putu Yulyana Anjani, a student of the English Literature Study Program, accompanied by Ni Made Desta, a moderator from the Bachelor of Engliish Literature. In her presentation, she explained the importance of organizational activities as an activity outside of academic lectures, including developing soft skills, expanding networks and relationships, exploring one's potential, and building a portfolio. 


The second session's agenda was presented by I Nyoman Trikasudha Gamayana, a student in the Bachelor of English Literatureand the Chair of SMFIB. In his presentation, Trika introduced SMFIB, explaining its areas of responsibility and the departments within each area. SMFIB comprises various areas, including Analysis and Movement, with three departments: Strategic Studies & Action, Student Welfare Advocacy, and Cadre Development. The Community Affairs Division has two departments: Social & Environmental Affairs, and Education & Culture. The Student Affairs Division has two departments: Interest & Achievement, and Creative Economy. The Network & Communication Division has two departments: Synergy and Visual Communication.


The next topic was an introduction to the Student Representative Body, presented by Muhamad Tajalli, Bachelor of English Literature student and the Chair of BPMFIB. Echoing the SMFIB presentation, the FIB Student Representative Body was introduced. In his presentation, he explained that there are several commissions within BMPFIB, including Commission I for Education and Community Service, Commission II for Organization, Cadre Development, and Household Affairs, Commission III for Legal Products and Student Welfare, and Commission IV for Culture, Sports, and Talent Development. He also explained the description and function of each commission. For example, Commission I's function is to oversee the work of departments within SMFIB and oversee SMFIB's work programs. 


The next agenda item was an introduction to the 2025 SMFIB and BPMFIB work programs. Several programs from SMFIB and BPMFIB 2025 were highlighted, including Bhakti Tri Hita Karana, FIB Student Sports Week, Food Frolic Festive, Dies Natalis, Nias 13, FIB Family Council, Berfijar, Cultural Reincarnation, General Election, and Jegeg Bagus FIB. The program introduction began with a short video screening of each program and was followed by presentations by representatives from each program. For example, the Bakti Tri Hita Karana program explained the activities carried out under the program, including procurement, publication and research, cleaning, teaching, and outreach. The Berfijar (Bersama FIB Mengajar) program specifically focuses on community service in the form of teaching and community service.


The final agenda of the PKKMB activity on the 2nd day was the official closing of the PKKMB FIB 2025. This closing began with a report from the committee chairperson, which was delivered by the student committee chairperson, I Gede Sandika Arya Guna. The agenda continued with remarks from the Chairperson of SMFIB Unud, I Nyoman Trikasudha Gamayana and remarks from the Dean of FIB Unud, who on this occasion was represented by the Vice Dean III for Student Affairs and Information of FIB Unud, Dr. Ni Ketut Puji Astiti Laksmi, S.S., M.Si. The remarks also officially closed the PKKMB 2025. In his remarks, he hoped that this activity could broaden the insight of new students about campus life so that it could be used as provisions when studying at FIB. The closing was marked by the striking of the gong and the release of nametags for the representatives of Mahadayana 2025 by the Vice Dean III accompanied by the Vice Dean I, the head of SMFIB, the head of BPMFIB, and the head of the PKKMB 2025 committee. After the closing, the activity continued with a friendly gathering between participants and the committee. The friendly session was filled with yellowing performances from all LK FIB, cheer performances from all groups, announcements of the winners of all competitions and introductions to the committee, until finally the students returned to their respective homes.
