The Indonesian Literature Study Program and the BIPA Program of the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University, held the closing ceremony of the Kanto International High School Cultural Visit Program in Jimbaran

The official closing ceremony of the 2025 Kanto International High School, Japan Cultural Visit Program took place on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 5:00 PM WITA (Central Indonesian Time) at Jimbaran By Seafood Kedonganan. The event was led by the Coordinator of the Indonesian Literature Study Program, Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University, Dr. I Gusti Ayu Agung Mas Triadnyani, S.S., M.Hum. In her remarks, she expressed her deep appreciation to all participants and the committee members who had contributed to the success of this program. She also hoped that the collaboration would continue in the future, further strengthening the cultural and educational ties between Indonesia and Japan.


The warm atmosphere was further enhanced when the representative from Kanto International High School, Mrs. Yumiko, as the chaperone, delivered her remarks. She expressed her gratitude for the warm welcome and the hard work of the committee in preparing the entire series of activities. The speech was then completed with the delivery of impressions and messages from one of the Kanto student representatives, Karina, who enthusiastically shared their valuable experiences during the program which had been carried out for approximately 3 weeks, starting from August 3 to August 23, 2025.


The closing ceremony was further enlivened by the presentation of souvenirs as a symbol of friendship and appreciation, followed by a communal dinner. The atmosphere of togetherness created on the shores of Jimbaran not only beautifully concluded the program but also left a lasting impression on all participants. This closing ceremony marked the end of the 2025 Cultural Visit Program series of activities, as well as the beginning of a closer relationship between Kanto International High School, Japan, BIPA, and the Indonesian Literature Study Program, Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University.
