Wates High School in Yogyakarta Visits the Faculty of Humanities

Denpasar, December 15, 2025 — The Faculty of Humanities received a visit from Wates High School. This activity was part of a college introduction program for high school students as well as a means of broadening their knowledge of the humanities, languages, and culture. The visit took place in the Widyasabha Hall of the Faculty of Humanities.

The Wates High School group was received by faculty members, namely Dr. I Gusti Agung Istri Aryani, S.S., M.Hum. as the Unit of Information Services and Cooperation Coordinator, the Head of Quality Assurance, Dr. Ni Ketut Widhiarcani Matradewi, S.S., M.Hum. and I Kadek Surya Jayadi, S.S., M.A. as the Leader of the Faculty of Humanities' Media who then presented information about the faculty. In their remarks, the faculty expressed their appreciation for the visit and hoped that this activity could provide a real picture of academic life in higher education, especially in the Faculty of Humanities.

During the visit, the students received an overview of the Faculty of Humanities, the available study programs, career opportunities for graduates, as well as various academic and non-academic activities for students. Additionally, the students were invited to engage in interactive discussions with lecturers and students to get a closer look at the lecture atmosphere, teaching methods, and supporting facilities available at Faculty of Humanities.
